Telephone consultations will replace visits, and first-time parent groups are on hold.
Appointments for children aged up to eight weeks will be prioritised, along with those for children with complex needs.
The City asks that parents download the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) app and save the 24-hour MCH phone number - 13 22 29.
