Emu Creek will play United in the grand final after the Tigers defeated reigning premier Sedgwick in another tight contest.
Emu Creek had to defeat Spring Gully in the final home and away match last week just to make the semis and they achieved that by just four runs.
The semi-final clash was even closer as tailenders Nathanael Lesuey and Anthony Collins saw Emu Creek home.
Resuming on Sunday at 4-48 chasing Spring Gully's total of 148, Emu Creek looked safe when Justin Hancock and Coby Hansen took the score to 4-113.
Even when Hansen fell for 27, Hancock and Tyrone Downie looked in little trouble as they lifted their side to within 12 runs of victory.
However, Downie's dismissal for 13 sparked a stunning collapse. Emu Creek lost 3-2 to fall to 8-139.
A six from Hancock tied the scores, but when he fell three balls later for a fine 68, Spring Gully still had a chance.
A tie would have been enough for the Crows to advance to the grand final.
Emu Creek number 11 Collins nudged a single off the first ball he faced to seal an upset win and a grand final berth.
Alex Sutton bowled Spring Gully back into the game and finished with figures of 5-43.
On Saturday, Rhys Webb (42) and Shaun Makepeace (39) had put the Crows in a strong position, but the flag favourites fell away badly with the bat.
From 3-114 they lost their final seven wickets for just 34 runs to be all out for 148.
Opening bowler Luke Bennett (5-21) was the main man with the ball for Emu Creek.
Emu Creek had 19 overs to face on day one and its run chase started terribly when Brent Downie was adjudged lbw first ball of the innings.
Emu Creek's top three batsmen were all given out lbw as it slumped to 3-14.
Simon Marwood batted aggressively in a quickfire 31 to lift Emu Creek to 4-48 at stumps.
After claiming its first T20 title earlier this summer, United has the opportunity to win the double.
The Tigers overcame some nervous moments with the bat on Sunday to eliminate Sedgwick.
Chasing the Rams' total of 9-171, the Tigers looked in real trouble at 6-69 in the 44th over.
Dooley Niemann joined skipper Harry Whittle at the crease and the duo decided attack was the best form of defence.
Niemann gave the Tigers a spark, hitting three fours and two sixes in a 48-ball innings of 45.
He added 63 with Whittle before falling to youngster Declan McMahon.
The Tigers still needed 40 to win and Whittle found another willing ally in Troy Young.
Whittle and Young saw the Tigers over the line in the 68th over. They batted on for another couple of overs, with Whittle bringing up his half-century in the process.
The all-rounder capped a fine game by finishing 59 not out off 76 balls, while Young was 21 not out at the end.
Whittle played a huge role with the ball for the Tigers on Saturday.
Whittle bowled 32 overs unchanged with the wind in his first spell.
After a quick break, he returned to bowl four overs into the wind and finished with figures of 5-50 off 36 overs, including 13 maidens.
Spinner Patrick Hartney also had a big day, bowling 26 overs for figures of 1-73.
For much of the day it didn't look like the Rams would reach 150.
Dustin Elliott (46) was the backbone of the innings before Jordan Ilsley (38) and Scott McKenzie (33 not out) lifted the run rate late in the day to give their side a competitive score.
