Shepparton's Callum Curtis-McDonald won the 18-under boys' singles title when he scored a 6-4 win in the final against Moama's Jon Watson.
The 18-under girls' singles champion was Toorak's Kate Holgate.
At the end of the round-robin action, Holgate took honours ahead of clubmate Hayley Haynes.
The all-Castlemaine team of Alyssa Cole and Alex Landy won the 18-under girls' doubles title.
A marathon 18-under boys' doubles play-off was won by Rod Kane and Josh Myers. They won 6-3 9-11 6-4 against Lee McCullagh and Aaron Smith.
Gabby Hogan won an all-Bendigo showdown for the 15-under girls' singles title. Hogan beat Anna Matthews, 6-4.
It was the same in the 13-under girls' singles as Hogan scored a 6-3 win against Matthews.
Carisbrook's Mitchell Burman won the 12-under boys' singles, and the Heavyside brothers, Jacob and Sam, of Strathfieldsaye, won the 12-under boys' doubles.
