The event will raise funds for TLC for Kids.
Established in 1998, TLC for Kids founder Tim Conolan recognised a gap in existing services for children.
He saw children suffering from accidents, burns, rare diseases, abuse and mental health issues missing out on much needed support.
Since its inception, TLC for Kids has worked with more than 405 hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Conolan said the polo is a fun and unique event.
"This year, we hope to be directing funds to our core programs, including our new TLC Ambulance," he said.
Fashions on the field, pamper stations and a rose station are just some of the experiences that will help bring the event to life.
The Daylesford Polo sets itself apart by being the first Victorian polo event to donate 100 per cent of profits from the day to TLC for Kids.
