Among the cyclists is 2019 winner Alex Martin Wallace, who will this year partner with Ruby Roseman-Gannon for the race.
The 2020 Bendigo Women's Madison will be held on Sunday night.
The change from Saturday to Sunday will provide the women with the opportunity to compete in front of a bigger crowd and in the process creating an action-packed night of back-to-back Madison races.

The men's teams for the 2020 race were also recently announced, with several local riders set for the track which includes Isaac Buckell and Brendan Schultz, and Pat and Sam Eddy.
The final men's team has also been announced, with Luke Wight and Kael Thomas now in the mix.
Other changes include Godfrey Slattery teaming up with Roy Pieters, Tatsuyoshi Nakamura has joined his fellow countryman Minori Shimura and local star Connor Sens joining fellow Bendigo rider Blake Agnoletto.
