Winner of the club's recent David Capuano Memorial Wheelrace, Isaac Buckell won the elite division ahead of younger brother Sam Buckell, after making it a clean sweep of the time trial, scratch and points events.
Blake Agnoletto finished third.
The club championship win continued a solid preparation for next month's Bendigo International Madison for Buckell, who will partner club-mate Brendan Schultz in the prestigious event.
Agnoletto will also ride in the madison alongside team-mate Alastair Mackellar.
Alessia McCaig - a triple medallist, including two gold, at last year's Oceania Track Championships - claimed the women's championship following wins in the time trial and scratch and a third in the points event.
Runner-up was Olivia Sens ahead of Michaela Meharry.
Adam Nicolson won the masters championship from Robert Gartside and Jarrod Cooke.
An-ultra consistent club championships for Nicolson included wins in the time trial and points and a second behind Daniel Nichols in the scratch.
Junior championship winners were Nate Hadden (under 17); Haylee Jack (under-15); Chase Hadden (under-13); Annabella Chalmers (under-11 girls); and Tobias Jelbert (under-11 boys).
Three of the junior winners -Jack, Chase Hadden and Jelbert - finished on top in all three events.
Jack's under-15 win followed her sensational performance at the state track championships, where she won gold medals in the individual pursuit, 500m time-trial, 200m flying and the keirin.
The 14-year-old is one of five Bendigo riders selected to represent Victoria at next month's National Junior Track Championships.
