Chancery Lane businesses have banded together to hold a Hawaiian-themed Leap Day Luau.
It started out as a fun idea to end summer in a bit of style, before growing legs as business after business got excited and jumped on board.

The lane will be turned over the the Luau - named for a Hawaiian party - on February 29.
The Dispensary co-owner Laura van der Spek said the night would be a once in a lifetime experience.
Visitors can expect all businesses open, themed cocktails, food music, and even an appearance from a live Elvis impersonator.
Mrs van der Spek said Elvis was a reference to the series of Hawaiian Luau movies made in the 1950s.
"I just wanted something really special that would stand out and make it a really memorable event for our guest," she said.
All the businesses will be getting in the Luau spirit. The Dispensary and El Gordo will be providing food and beverages. Robe will set up a photo book, with digital copies included in entry. Jindaa Thai Massage will give five minute massages, while the Gallery Tattoo Studio is offering temporary henna and discounted tattoos.

Mrs van der Spek herself has a pineapple dress all ready to go.
She said she loves planning moments to be special for everyone - and the Luau would be unforgettable.
"It's just going to be a really fun once in a lifetime event," Mrs van der Spek said.
"I love making really big special events, really big special memories that people can take home."
Tickets are $135, including food, four cocktails and most laneway experiences.
