Three BASL teams qualified for round two after victories at the weekend.
The second round will be held this Saturday, with locations still to be decided.
Spring Gully United SC will take on Bunyip District at 2pm.
Tatura SC will go head-to-head against Falcons 2000 SC at 2pm.
Shepparton South SC will take on Melton Phoenix at 3pm.
The FFA Cup is a knockout competition, with more than 220 clubs in Victoria entering the tournament this year.

Spring Gully United SC has kicked off the year in fine form with a victory in the FFA Cup qualifying on Saturday.
The Reds defeated Knox United SC 4-2 to advance to the second round.
Samuel Walker showed top-clas with two goals, while teammates Lewis Merriman and Alexander Short put one each on the board.
It marks a strong return for the club which was unable to field a division one men's team for the 2019 BASL season.
Other Bendigo Amateur Soccer Leagues also competed in round one of the tournament.
Tatura SC defeated a scoreless Old Melbourne 5-0 to also advance to the second round.
FC Eaglehawk put up a hard-fought effort against the Glenroy Lions, but were unable to come away with the win.
The Hawks were defeated 3-1 by the Lions.
Epsom Scorpions also had a challenging match against the Keilor Wolves to be defeated 0-1.
A decisive first half free-kick by the Wolves became the match-deciding goal to see them progress to the next stage.
Shepparton South went up against Mount Martha and kept their opponents scoreless with a 5-0 victory.
