A man and woman are believed to have broken into the supermarket at about 2.50am on Monday morning.
The pair allegedly stole cigarettes and alcohol, the Campaspe Crime Investigation Unit's Detective Senior Constable Jason Hare said.
"We are still to establish the value of what was taken," he said.
