Hundreds of junior athletes were out in force running, throwing and jumping at the La Trobe University Bendigo Athletics Complex in Flora Hill.
There were 76 Bendigo athletes in the mix who competed in events from under-9 through to under-16 on both Saturday and Sunday.
In total, Bendigo locked in 57 Gold, 40 Silver and 41 Bronze medals across the two days.
All of the Gold medallists automatically qualify for State Track & Field Championships in Melbourne in March at Casey Fields.
Some of the Athletes went the extra yard and broke Northern Country Region Records.

- Kate Wilson - 1100m Race Walk Under-11 Girls: 6:12:16
- Ava Peters - High Jump Under-10 Girls: 1.18m
- Monique Gavriliadis - Long Jump Under-16 Girls: 5.22m
- Monique Gavriliadis - Hurdles Under-16 Girls 90m: 14.51
- Matt Noden - 800m Under-16 Boys: 2:08:60
- Kai Norton - Discus Under-11 Boys: 30.08m
In other Bendigo athletics news, rising stars Haylee Greenman and Caitlin Evans have been selected to represent Australia on a tour of Canda in July this year.
Also, three records were broken in the 4 x 1500m relay race at Friday night's Flack Advisory Bendigo Region track and field action in Flora Hill.
