ROCK 'N' ROLL
Have fun learning Rock 'n' Roll dancing with the Rockin' 50's Rock 'n' Roll Club.
There will be five weeks of basic dance lessons.
Cost $25 per person for the five weeks, no partner required.

LUNAR NEW YEAR
The Central Victorian Lion Team invites you to celebrate the Lunar New Year at their annual Chinese New Year spectacular and Year of the Rat.
Hargreaves Mall will come alive with traditional Chinese performances from the Central Victorian Lion Team.
There will be three extraordinary teams, including SouthernLion, Fu Wa Dancers and Dragon Teams.
Performances begin at 6.30pm with a traditional 4 Door Blessing.
Bring the whole family along to this FREE event.

ARTHRITIS CLUB
The Bendigo Arthritis Club is for those living with or those wanting to learn more about arthritis.
The club's next meeting will feature guest speaker, Cathie Steele, CEO for Foodshare in the Bendigo region.

The club also conducts warm water exercises at John Lindell and Scope pools.

LATIN SOCIAL DANCE
Do you want to meet new people while improving your fitness?
Join in for a fun evening of Latin dancing with the Latin Vibe Connect Incorporated.
Each week there will be a 45 minute beginner class followed by an intermediate class, teaching Latin dance skills to all.

JAZZ JAM
The Castlemaine Jazz Jam is on again, entertaining crowds with local jazz music.
On the first Sunday of every month, community members can get together and sing, play or listen to the various tunes that will fill the bar.

CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL
Bendigo will celebrate the sounds of music with the inaugural Bendigo Chamber Music Festival.
A new addition to the Bendigo arts calendar, this festival will bring chamber musicians from all over the world to Bendigo for 15 memorable concerts.
There will be numerous performers throughout the festival, including one of the world's leading orchestras, Chamber Orchestra of Europe.
The event will also include the London Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Philharmonic, Covent Garden, BBC Symphony, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Concertmaster Sophie Rowell, SSO principal viola Tobias Breider, tenor Andrew Goodwin and many more.
The program will present masterworks such as Mozart's Clarinet Quintet, Beethoven's Second Symphony, and Schubert's "Trout" piano quintet.
There are also free events to be enjoyed by the whole community.

EXHIBITIONS
THE PAUL GUEST COLLECTION
Former Olympic rower and family court Judge, Paul Guest, has gifted his $2 million collection of artwork to a local gallery.
Featuring more than 200 works, Mr Guest's collection of modern and contemporary Australian paintings and sculptures and focuses on abstraction and conceptualism.
The decision to gift his collection to the Bendigo Art Gallery came from his love of the gallery.
The collection started in the late 1960s after Paul Guest met artist Andrew Sibley.

STILL SCAPES
International photographer, Mike Rutherford, will be exhibiting more than 30 images portraying the local area in ways that move beyond usual tourist images into something darker.
Still Scapes is a free photographic exhibition that tackles everything from climate change to the erosion of rural life.
Mike Rutherford's images are from the local region and recent trips to remote India.
Mike is a former advertising photographer who has lived in Trentham for about 15 years.
Last year, Mike travelled to India twice for photography and many of those images are featured in the exhibition.
Mike will be exhibiting his works in Dehli and Mumbai in the coming years.

JOSH MUIR: WHAT'S ON YOUR MIND?
Experience augmented reality at the Josh Muir: What's on your mind? exhibition.
The exhibition features works with hidden meanings behind them, which is accessible through the use of an iPad.
This is a free exhibition with limited availability.

WONDERLAND
This exhibition will appeal to both adults and children, showcasing a playful atmosphere in a gallery space, with works from local artists.
The exhibition features Bendigo LEGO User Group's iconic landmarks from our region, jewellery, textile animals, needle felting, ceramics, pop art paintings and much more.

PLAN AHEAD
RIVERBOATS MUSIC FESTIVAL
Musicians Bernard Fanning and Kate Millder-Heidke will be the headline acts for Echuca's 2020 Riverboats Music Festival.
Held over three days in the Echuca-Moama region, the annual music festival will also feature Troy Cassar-Daley, Something for Kate, Archie Roach, the Go Betweens' Robert Forster, Dyson Stringer Cloher, Bob Evans, Ainslie Wills, Horns of Leroy featuring Thando, Matt Joe Gow, Jess Locke and Rockwiz's Brian Nankervis taking the reins as the festival MC.
Held aboard the historic Pride of the Murray paddlesteamer, this festival is the only music festival in Australia providing attendees the opportunity to experience a one-hour live performance whilst cruising down Australia's longest river.
