The Suns bowled Huntly-North Epsom out for 73 and then took just 9.2 overs with the bat to clinch victory.
After being sent into bat by the Suns, Huntly-North Epsom opener Ethan Oaten and number three Abe Sladden were the only Power players to reach double figures.
Extras were top score with 22 ahead of Sladden (19 not out) and Oaten (13).
The Suns bowled and fielded superbly. Harrison Boyd (3-9 off four overs), James Barri (2-6 off four overs) and Charlie Edwards (2-10 off three overs) had the best figures in a fine team performance.
Opening batsmen Patrick Murphy (24) and James Barri (19) batted aggressively early to ensure the Suns would have little trouble in chasing down the Power's total.
Jack Wilson (2-15 off four overs) was the pick of the Power's bowlers.
It was Strathdale-Maristians first under-16 Twenty20 premiership. The Suns lost last year's grand final to Maiden Gully.
