POWER has been restored to about 2800 customers around Bendigo, a Powercor spokeswoman says.
A fault in the Eaglehawk area caused the power outage just after 11am on Tuesday.
Power was restored within 30 minutes, the spokeswoman said, but Powercor was continuing to investigate the cause.
"We thank customers for their patience as our crews and control room worked to restore power safely and quickly," the spokeswoman said.
