The 25-year-old, who is apprenticed to Kyneton trainer Mick Sell, started her Saturday on 49 wins.
She was quick to bring up her half century, winning the opening race on the small five-race program aboard the King Island-trained The Wicked Witch.
Far from resting on her laurels, Philpot was able to bookend the meeting with winners by taking out the last race on Frites for trainer Robert Keys.
It was Philpot's third win in six starts aboard the four-year-mare this King Island racing season, which kicked off on November 30.
With the short seven-meeting season ending next Saturday, Philpot is an excellent chance of defending her 2018-19 riders premiership.
She currently has nine winners for the season, boosted by a treble at the previous weekend's meeting.
Philpot's total of 51 career victories includes at least one win in each Australian state and territory.
At Terang, Kyneton trainer George Osborne continued his productive summer with a second-straight win with his improving mare Let's Keep It.
The four-year-old broke her maiden at her last start at Kerang on New Year's Day and was able to continue the momentum with a dashing front-running performance over 1000m, with young apprentice Campbell Rawiller in the saddle.
Osborne nearly made it two wins for the day in the final event on the program, but had to settle for a second with Ancient Echoes, who was beaten by less than a length by Stornaway.
Also at Terang, Bendigo trainer Josh Julius picked up a third with his second-starter Mount Mitty.
