EIGHT teams have fallen by the wayside, leaving Huntly-North Epsom and Kangaroo Flat to battle for the Bendigo District Cricket Association Twenty20 title.
The Power and Flat, who have just one loss between them, finished on top of their pools to set up their grand final clash at the QEO from 7pm next Wednesday.
The Power side includes gun all-rounder Adam Ward, who was the competition's joint leading wicket-taker of the preliminary rounds alongside White Hills' spinner Linc Jacobs with eight scalps apiece.
Ward (5-24) and Jacobs (4-2) also produced the two best bowling performances of the preliminary rounds.
The Demons also had the leading run-scorer of the preliminary rounds in marquee opener Brayden Stepien with 144 followed by Square's Alex Code (137).
