One person has been taken to Bendigo Health following the crash in Kotta.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the person was in a stable condition.

A driver has flipped their car near Echuca after they swerved to avoid a cow on the road.
The Country Fire Authority, State Emergency Service, and Ambulance Victoria were called to the crash on Lowrie Road, Kotta, about 1pm on Wednesday.
A CFA spokesperson said the car hit a drain as the driver swerved to avoid the animal.
The car ended up on its roof, the spokesperson said, although the driver was able to get out of the vehicle without the aid of emergency services.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were at the scene. The spokesperson could not provide details on the driver's condition.
A CFA crew is still at Lowrie Road as they wait for the vehicle to get towed.
