The person, who is believed to have links to the Echuca area, allegedly stole petrol from a service station on December 11 last year.
The person is also wanted on other matters.
Anyone with information has been urged to contact the Echuca Police Station on 5483 1500 or Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
