Power has been restored to all but a handful of properties affected by last night's outage.
Earlier:
Hundreds of homes in central Victoria are without power on Monday night.
About 550 customers in Lockwood and Lockwood South have been affected, along with more than 200 homes in Ravenswood, Marong, and Shelbourne.
About 40 customers are also without power in Kennington, East Bendigo, Big Hill, and Golden Square.
Powercor is currently investigating the cause of the outage, although it is believed storm activity could be to blame.
Power should be restored about 10pm on Monday.
