Jeremy Kienhuis
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jeremy Kienhuis.
The 32-year-old man was last seen on Park Street in Bendigo on December 10.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition that requires daily medication and monitoring.
Jeremy may be making his way to Melbourne.
Investigators have released a photo of Jeremy in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
