The Smile Squad van will provide free check-ups and treatment including teeth cleaning, fluoride application, fillings, root canals, and other non-cosmetic treatments.
Schools in Box Hill, Cranbourne, Barwon South, and Wodonga have already had visits from the free dental program.
Hepburn, Buloke, Towong, Latrobe, Brimbank, and Mansfield will join Greater Bendigo as the new locations.
About a quarter of all children have untreated tooth decay in Australia.
In Victoria, dental conditions are the highest single cause of preventable hospitalisations for children under 10.
"The Smile Squad program has already made a big difference helping kids and teenagers improve their oral health and parents save money on hefty dental bills," Minister for Health Jenny Mikakos said.
"Kids' and teenagers' oral health is so important, but busy families can often struggle to find the time to get to the dentist. We're fixing that."
The program will be fully rolled out across the state in 2022.
