The centre is one of five to be sold under the plan announced this morning to the Australian Stock Exchange.
Others include at Moe and Bairnsdale, with two more located interstate.
Bendigo's Lansell Square will not be affected.

The total value of operations to be divested is $117 million, Charter Hall said in the ASX statement.
The sell-off will help pay the company's new share of 225 new BP service stations and convenience stores.
BP will now become the Charter Hall's fourth largest tenant customer.
