From March 30, QantasLink will run three extra return services between the two cities each week.
This will bring the total number of weekly return services to 10.
"Demand between Bendigo and Sydney has far exceeded our expectations, which is why we're adding additional services for the second time since we launched the service," QantasLink chief executive officer John Gissing said.
The additional flights will be on Monday, Thursday and Friday, with a morning departure from Sydney and a return to Bendigo at lunchtime.
Flights between Bendigo and Sydney were introduced in April.
In August, QantasLink added another service on Saturday and one on Sunday, which meant passengers could fly between Bendigo and Sydney every day of the week.
The airline is also introducing a Mildura to Sydney service following the success of the Bendigo flights.
"These routes are estimated to inject more than $3 million into the local economies in Mildura and Bendigo which is great news for local businesses and residents," Mr Gissing said.
But it is understood the airline has no plans at this time to introduce routes from Bendigo to other destinations.
Other airlines servicing regional Australia have also confirmed they do not have any plans to begin flying to and from Bendigo.
"Virgin Australia does not currently have plans to commence services to Bendigo, however, Virgin Australia will continue to review its network on a regular basis in line with market conditions and customer demand," a spokesperson said.
Regional Express Airlines also says it does not have any plans to introduce services to the city.
