After six home and away rounds, Kangaroo Flat, Emu Creek, Bendigo Goers and Golden Square have qualified for next Sunday's semi-finals.
Bendigo Goers secured their finals berth after defeating Strathdale-Maristians by 44 runs in the final round.
In the only game to be played on Sunday because of wet weather, the Goers (4-173) proved too good for Strathdale (6-129).
Goers' skipper Ren Doyle led the way with 22 not out and 2-23, while Tes Lapham (21 not out) and Zanthe Lapham (19 not out and 2-21) were best for Strathdale.
Title favourite Kangaroo Flat (6-246) rounded out an undefeated home and away season by defeating Strathdale-Maristians (5-123) by 123 runs on Thursday night.
Ella Gill (42 not out off 18 balls) and Sarah Perry (35 not out off 12 balls) put on a show with the bat for the Roos.
Emma Lockhart (21 not out) top scored for Strathdale.
