"Ray brings so much more to this program than just basketball talent, which he certainly doesn't lack,'' Braves coach David Hogan said.
"He is invested in the culture we are building and ensuring those younger players that are coming up through the pathway are learning what it takes to be at this level."
Turner averaged 23.1 points, 12.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game this year as he led the Braves to the NBL1 grand final.
"I'm happy to be playing for Bendigo for my third season,'' Turner said.
"Bendigo is becoming my home away from home. I appreciate DJ (Hogan) giving me another opportunity to wear the blue and gold and I'm eager to get back on the court and take it one step further in the 2020 NBL1 season."
