Police are calling for public assistance to help locate Bradley Mackay.
The 48-year-old man was last seen in Gunbower on October 31.
He is described as Caucasian and about 180cm tall with a solid build and bald hair and was last seen wearing a dark-coloured top, khaki shorts and a black cap.
Police believe he may be driving a Toyota Hilux with the registration IGY 6 and heading towards Gunbower State Forest.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
They have released a photo of Bradley and his vehicle in the hope someone may have information on his whereabouts.
