Emergency services were called to the collision near the intersection of Hansen Road and Bamawn Hall Road about 9.30pm.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a woman in her 40s was flown by air ambulance to the Royal Melbourne Hospital for upper body injuries. She was in a stable condition.
