RAIL commuters at stations like Eaglehawk and Epsom should have their say to avoid missing out on improvements, the RACV says.
The transport group is calling on all rail users to have their say in their biennial On Track survey on stations and train journeys.
"Last time some of the stations rated quite well, like Bendigo, Kangaroo Flat and Castlemaine, for user experience," RACV senior manager of transport, planning and infrastructure Peter Kartsidimas said.
"But we didn't get enough feedback on some of the other stations, like Epsom and Eaglehawk.
"If people don't fill in the survey it's very hard to make changes. That's why we are encouraging as many people as possible to have their say."
The RACV shares its results with governments and Mr Kartsimidas said it has uncovered issues at other Victorian stations that have since been rectified.
The survey is open until 20 November and can be completed by visiting www.racv.com.au/ontracksurvey
