The 44th annual Port Fairy Folk Festival features a joyful line-up of international and local artists representing folk, blues and roots music from around the world, as well as workshops, theatre, historic walks, comedy, spoken word and poetry, and a glorious variety of activities for all members of the family.

It truly is an intergenerational festival where people of all ages gather and celebrate music, friendships and so much more.

What makes this event so special is not only artists of the highest calibre, but its location.

From glorious churches to theatres, and the purpose built arena, all venues are hugged by the wonderful land and seascape that is Port Fairy.

In 2020 Port Fairy Folk Festival welcomes legendary Grammy Award winners from the USA, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Patty Griffin and Rhiannon Giddens, as well as iconic Australian artists Archie Roach, Dan Sultan, C.W. Stoneking and Things Of Stone & Wood to name a few.

Hailing from Ireland is Eleanor McEvoy, Susan O'Neill - SON, & Ye Vagabonds, and there is a Canadian Tour De Force with The East Pointers, The Burning Hell, COIG and many more, as well as a stunning First Nations program of concerts, forums and conversations.
