POLICE have appealed for information to help locate Phoenix Ellis Lynch.
The 27-year-old is wanted on a warrant in relation to the theft of a vehicle.
Macedon Ranges Crime Investigation Unit detectives are also seeking to interview Lynch in relation to a number of other offences.
Lynch is of Caucasian appearance and about 165 centimetres tall with short brown hair.
Police have urged anyone with information to call Detective Senior Constable Chris Gomez at the Kyneton Police Station on 5421 2900.

Tuesday:
MACEDON Ranges Crime Investigation Unit detectives are seeking information about a series of offending spanning from Kyneton to Seymour.
Detective Senior Constable Chris Gomez said a silver Mitsubishi wagon was stolen from outside the Newmarket Kyneton Hotel on Mollison Street sometime between 6pm - 10pm on Sunday.
The car was subsequently used in a petrol theft at Carlsruhe BP about 10.30pm.
Detective Senior Constable Gomez said the stolen wagon was next involved in a burglary at a residential address in Kyneton, about 8am on Monday.
He said an unknown offender took alcohol from the garage, but handed it back after being confronted by the victim.

Police did not believe there was any altercation.
The vehicle was recovered about 3pm on Monday up towards Seymour.
Detective Senior Constable Gomez said police were still seeking to identify the alleged offender.
He appealed for anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
