Ebony's family and the police have concerns for the teenager with her disappearance considered out of character.
She was last seen in the Flora Hill area on October 13.
Ebony is described as being 160cm tall with a thin build, hazel-coloured eyes and brown hair.
Police have released an image of Ebony in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ebony or who knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Bendigo Police on 5448 1300.
