THERE were plenty of hard yards for Huntly-North Epsom throughout the 2010-19 decade in the BDCA, but it all paid off in March of this year.
What had been a decade that began with a winless 2009-10 season culminated in the 2018-19 premiership for the Power when it overcame a 0-3 start and rode a wave of momentum through to a grand final belting of Golden Square.
Keeper-batsman Brodie McRae topped the Power's runs for the decade with 2401 to go with 180 dismissals behind the stumps, while the consistently economical Brett Elvey led the way for wickets with 155 and MVP points (4684).
