"I like the feeling," she says, with a huge smile on her face. "I feel free."
The Kyneton resident is a regular at Sailability Bendigo's monthly sailing day for people living with a disability.
As well as the sailing, Ms Webb-Liddle said she also enjoys the chance to meet new friends and socialise.
Her carer, Emma Roan, said the sailing day, held on the first Wednesday of every month, is something Ms Webb-Liddle looks forward to.
"She's very independent," Ms Roan said. "It's very empowering for Morgan to enjoy activities outside of her wheelchair. She loves spending time in the outdoors as well."
The day is facilitated by Sports Focus and is only possible with the support of volunteers, many of them from Bendigo Yacht Club and Cairn Curran Sailing Club.
Sports Focus co-ordinator Jasmine Noske said for some participants, Sailability was one of the only chances they have to leave their wheelchair behind.
"This is one of the few times they can actually feel like they are the same as everyone else," Ms Noske said.
Each participant enjoys about 30 minutes out on the lake with a volunteer.
Ms Noske said Sailability was always looking for volunteers, and sailing skills were not a prerequisite.
