THE Bendigo Football-Netball League will announce its first five Legends at its upcoming Hall of Fame function.
The BFNL will hold its fifth Hall of Fame induction at the All Seasons on Friday, November 1.
As well as inducting a new class of Hall of Fame members to the 52 already selected in 1986, 1996, 2010 and 2014, five inaugural Legends will also be named.
"In 2019 we will induct five worthy recipients as a Legend of the BFNL consisting of people who are considered at the very pinnacle of those who immediately come to mind as having made a very significant contribution to the league," BFNL manager Cameron Tomlins said.
The night will also include the naming of football and netball Teams of the Decade.

Meanwhile, the BFNL is calling on any Hall of Famers who have not received an invitation to get in touch with the league.
