Hooper claimed the Geoff Macilwain as the senior football best and fairest ahead of former winner Coby Perry.
A big presentation night for Hooper, a selection in the Bendigo Advertiser's BFNL team of the year, included a Richard Peart Memorial trophy win as voted by his senior playing peers.
The returning Matt Bilton was the Magpies' leading goal kicker.
Hare claimed her second-consecutive A-grade netball best and fairest award following another strong season for the Magpies.
The young goal shooter shared the award with Magpies stalwart Alicia Cassidy in 2018, but this season won the award outright ahead of runner-up and two-time winner Jordan Macilwain.
In other major club awards, Nick Adams won club person of the year, B-reserve coach Stacey Russell netball person of the year, while Bella Westbrook and Aiden Hare shared the Don Ferguson Memorial award.
