Clifford claimed the Wicks Medal as the Roos' senior football best and fairest, ahead of 2017 winner and midfielder Jonathan Lanyon, who was also runner-up in 2008.
Nathan McHugh was named most determined.
In A-grade netball, joint captain and centre Sartori went one better than last season's runner-up finish behind Ingrid Hopkins to be crowned best and fairest, ahead of goal attack Julia Clarke.
The win capped an outstanding season for dual premiership player Sartori, who represented the BFNL at inter-league level, played in a Victorian Netball League grand final with Boroondara Express, and finished equal third in the league's Betty Thompson Medal vote count.
Season 2019 recruit Kate Burton won the coach's trophy, while fellow defender Alicia Gladman was voted best in finals during a campaign which ended with the Roos finishing runners-up to three-peat champions Sandhurst.
In senior women's football, versatile midfielder and half back Lily Campbell claimed the best and fairest, ahead of forward Kelly Mensforth.
Ruby Campbell was named best in finals for the Roos, who finished runners-up to Golden Square.
BFNL league best and fairest Mitchell Trewhella (under-18s football) and league runner-up best and fairest Emily Gray (B-grade netball) capped great seasons by winning their respective best and fairests in premiership seasons.
In a special moment for the club, Charlotte McMurray became the first winner of the Jenni Holborn Award as the 17-and-under netball best and fairest.
The best and fairest award was renamed this season to recognise Holborn's outstanding contribution to Kangaroo Flat, which started as a player in the 1990s and continued as a coach and member of the netball sub-committee.
A-grade netball coach Jayden Cowling won the president's award as best club person.
