A man, believed to be in his 70s, was treated for a minor burn to his hand and did not require transportation to hospital.
While the cause is not known, the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
UPDATE, 10.47pm: The fire is now under control.
A CFA spokeswoman said Ambulance Victoria were called to the scene to treat a male with burns on his hands.
EARLIER: Five CFA crews are working to control a fire at a property in Dunolly.
Crews were called to the scene at Kicks Lane at 9.18pm to find a structure fully alight.
It was subsequently destroyed.
Units from Maryborough, Dunolly and Bowenvale are on scene.
The fire is not yet under control.
