The woman was airlifted from the scene of the single-vehicle crash with lower body injuries.
UPDATE 2.35pm: A woman in her 30s has been airlifted to hospital with pelvis injuries following a single-vehicle crash at Glenlyon.
Her condition is not yet known.
UPDATE 1.15pm: A woman aged in her 30s was the sole occupant of a car that ran off the road at Glenlyon shortly before noon on Friday.
An air ambulance has been sent to the scene, but the extent and nature of the woman's injuries are not yet known.
UPDATE 1.05pm: An air ambulance has been dispatched following a crash at Glenlyon on Friday.
Paramedics are treating one patient at the scene.
EARLIER: Emergency services have attended a vehicle crash on the Daylesford-Malmsbury Road at Glenlyon.
CFA tankers from Glenlyon and Spring Hill were at the scene, having received the call just before noon.
Paramedics have also attended.
It is understood no one was trapped, but it is not yet known whether anyone has been injured.
