Country Cob Bakery in Kyneton took home a ream of 24 awards - half of which were gold - for its baked goods, while Elmore Bakery won a gold, silver and two bronzes.
Country Cob Bakery owner Ryan Khun said he always tried to create something new, with innovative pie flavours.

Among Kyneton's prize-winning varieties were spicy x.o. scallop and veggie, cheese kransky, spicy Korean lamb, and slow cooked Texas surf and turf.
Mr Khun said quality was the bakery's first priority. He believed the pies' combination of shape, form and taste impressed the competition's judges.
"Every production in the shop we always make it perfect. The pastry, the feelings, all [go] very well together," he said.
"We're very proud of the whole team as well, and very happy because we keep winning almost every pie competition."
Elmore Bakery's pepper steak pie won gold in the gourmet red meat category for the second year running.
Its mince pie took home silver among the plain pies, while a smoked beef brisket and tandoori goat both took out bronze in their category.
Elmore Bakery owner Travis Wilson said he was "super excited" by the win.
"The whole bakery team's really excited. We put in a lot of hard work over the year to really focus on doing pies well," Mr Wilson said.
"We really put a bit more time and love in it. We slowly simmer our chunky beef in a peppery sauce, and lots of flavour after simmering it for three hours."
