One year after finishing runner-up in the Harding Medal, Reeves went one place better on Monday night, while Rogers collected the Helen Ward Medal for the second time.
Reeves polled 23 votes to edge out Pyramid Hill rover Billy Micevski by two votes.
Reeves and Micevski were judged best on ground in their respective round one games and that set the stage for them to go vote-for-vote throughout the count.
With three rounds remaining Reeves led Micevski by one vote.
Reeves polled two votes in Mitiamo's round 16 win over Inglewood to stretch his lead to three.
Micevski picked up three votes in round 17 against Calivil United to level the count, but Reeves returned to the front with two votes against Bridgewater.
Neither player polled in the final round and Reeves was declared the winner.
Reeves and Micevski both polled votes in 10 of their club's 16 matches.
Bears Lagoon-Serpentine ruckman Nathan Twigg stormed home to finish third with 20 votes.
Twigg polled 11 of his 20 votes in the final four rounds.
In 2014, Rogers blew her rivals away and polled 32 votes to win the medal for the league's premier netballer.
On Monday night, the Demons' star had to fend off Mitiamo's Lucy Morcom.
Rogers looked set to win easily when she polled 26 votes in the first 14 rounds and held a six-vote lead.
Morcom ensured there'd be a grandstand finish when she polled five votes across rounds 16 and 17 to close the gap to one vote with a round remaining.
Rogers polled two votes in the final round against Inglewood, meaning Morcom needed three votes against Marong to level the count.
Morcom didn't poll and Rogers was crowned the victor with 28 votes.
Morcom was second on 25, with Bridgewater's Carly Scholes third on 23.
