The Superoos kicked 4.13 in a wayward first half, but their inaccuracy didn't come back to bite them in the second-half.
A six-goal to one third term broke the game open and the minor premier Bulldogs didn't recover.
The 11.22 (88) to 10.6 (66) scoreline flattered Pyramid Hill and the Bulldogs now have seven days to regroup for the preliminary final, while the Superoos will rest up for a tilt at winning their first flag since 2009.
"We're in much better shape than this time last year when we got to the grand final with a struggling list as far as injuries are concerned,'' Mitiamo co-coach Andy Grant said.
"This year we get there in good shape and there's no excuses at our end - we're there to win."

After wasting so many chances in the first half, Grant said his message to his players at half-time was simple.
"I thought we kicked the ball a bit long in the first half, so I wanted us to control the ball more in the second half,'' Grant said.
"We needed some cleaner entries inside forward 50 to give our forwards some better opportunities.
"In the third quarter our midfielders got on top and we used the ball better."
No-one was more influential for the Superoos than veteran midfielder Lucas Matthews.
He dominated the stoppages in the first half and, when his offsider Dougie Thomas joined the clearance party in the third term, the Bulldogs had no answer to the dynamic duo.
Both players finished the game with two goals and they're sure to create headaches for the opposing coach in grand final week.
The Superoos' back six was led superbly by full-back Max Simpson, who hardly lost a one-on-one contest all day and restricted Pyramid Hill star Braidy Dickens to two goals.
The Bulldogs' poor day at the office was capped by a hamstring injury to skipper Trent Barri in the final quarter.
The defender will have scans this week to determine the extent of the damage, but it appears his season is over.
Ben Dalton also left the ground with a hamstring issue.
"Mitiamo's midfield pressure and ability to win the contested footy was the difference in the end,'' Pyramid Hill coach Adrian McErvale said.
"We knew we had to be at our best to take it up to them for four quarters and the third quarter cost us.
"We're disappointed we didn't win, but the boys are resilient and they've bounced back before when challenged."
