In the girls, a defiant Queensland side went from strength to strength the entire tournament to secure a gold medal finish.
"Queensland has certainly been the dominant force this week, clean sweep by winning all matches," championship convenor Ian Landy said.
NSW finished second to win silver, with WA and Victoria tied for third securing bronze.
"Overall a tight competition all round, it demonstrates the high quality of hockey that has been taking place with the girls," Landy said.
In the boys, NSW and WA were tied first for gold, with QLD and SA tied for second, resulting in both teams securing bronze.
"Such an even competition. It's the level of player engagement and great behaviour that stands out for me," he said.
"Across the tournament there were no significant behavioural issues, everyone here enjoyed themselves."
