Police will investigate whether a load shift in the truck caused it to roll at the Calder Alternate Highway and Bendigo-Maryborough Road intersection on Wednesday morning.
Bendigo Acting Sergeant Grant Polglase said the truck was carrying citrus and had been travelling from Robinvale.
He confirmed there were no injuries.
The road remains blocked.

The driver of a truck that rolled at Lockwood appears to have escaped unharmed.
A State Emergency Service spokeswoman said there were initial fears the driver had been trapped in the semi-trailer.
However, she said the driver was out of the truck and did not appear to be injured.
The truck is on its side.
Both lanes of the Calder Alternate Highway towards Ravenwood are blocked.
Police and ambulance, State Emergency Service and Country Fire Authority crews are at the scene.
In 2015, VicRoads and TAC announced they would install a roundabout as part of a $3 million upgrade of the intersection.
In 2017, a Lockwood resident raised questions about the roundabout and whether it would be suitable for heavy vehicles. At the time, VicRoads said the roundabout was designed to cater for large vehicles including B-doubles, A-doubles and over-dimensional vehicles.
