Daniel Norris, 34, is charged with being an accessory after the fact, concealing evidence, perjury, attempting to pervert the course of justice, driving unlicensed and committing an indictable offence on bail.
It is alleged the Epsom resident concealed the motorcycle involved in the March 10 crash, which left a person with serious injuries, to impede prosecution and knowing it would be needed in evidence.
Mr Norris is also accused of committing perjury by providing a signed and sworn statement to police, with the knowledge part of it was false.
Mr Norris did not apply for bail yesterday and will reappear at court for a committal mention next month.
