The second-placed Superoos rounded out a 14-2 regular season with 58-34 victory at Marong, setting up a qualifying final clash against Newbridge (12-4), which defeated Pyramid Hill 43-26 at Mitchell Park.
Calivil United notched up its 10th win of the season with an 80-16 triumph at Inglewood, while Maiden Gully YCW (9-7) extended its winning streak to three games with a hard-fought victory over sixth-placed Bears Lagoon-Serpentine 55-43.
Calivil United and Maiden Gully will now meet in next Saturday's elimination final, five weeks after the Demons defeated the Eagles by 26 goals in their second regular season meeting.
The Eagles won the teams' first encounter by one goal at Calivil.
Despite final round losses, Bears Lagoon-Serpentine (5-11) and Marong (4-12) stamped themselves as genuine improvers this season, with the Bears in particular winning five more games than in 2018.
Despite a bye on the weekend, Bridgewater (15-1) notched the minor premiership and will wait on the outcome of next weekend's Superoos-Maroon clash to determine its semi-finals opponent.
