Joining the ranks will be the talent of Isabella Stratford and Kasey Burton.
Stratford is a guard from South Australia and has represented the state in the under-16s, under-18s and has been named as an emergency player for the under-20s this year.
Most recently Stratford played a key role for the Southern Tigers in South Australia's Premier League, averaging 11 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
"At 17 years old she is an athletic taller guard type who is versatile and with great ability to get to the basket," Spirit coach Tracy York said.
"We look forward to Bella continuing to develop her game and be an important part of our squad."
Burton, also a guard, from Ballarat was a representative for Victoria Country in under-16s and under-18s and the Victorian under-20s team.
Burton has just finished a season with the Melbourne Tigers in the NBL1 as a starer where she averaged 9.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
"Kasey comes to the Spirit with experience in the Australian junior system and previously as a DP in the WNBL," York said. "She brings size and versatility and we are excited for her to join us as a DP this season."
Stratford and Burton will join Kara Tessari, Shyla Heal, Carley Ernst, Abbey Wehrung, Alicia Froling, Tessa Lavey, Gabe Richards, Kelly Wilson and Becca Tobin on the 2019/20 roster.
The 2019/20 WNBL fixture was released last week with the Spirit to tip-off its season at home against the Melbourne Boomers at the Bendigo Stadium on Saturday, October 12.
