Friends Katelyn Carassiti, Matilda Viergever, and Ellie O'Mahoney all work together in the women's ward of the hospital and all had varying due dates.
But despite the odds, the three women gave birth on Wednesday at 9.41am, 10.41am, and 11.51am respectively.
"It was so exciting to share it together," Ms O'Mahoney said. "These women are not only my work colleagues but great friends outside of work as well."
Ms Viergever gave birth to a little boy called Archie, while Ms Carassiti had a daughter called Lottie and Ms O'Mahomey also had a baby girl called Willow.
While the three first-time mums have been in the delivery room on multiple occasions, they said having the roles reversed was a unique experience.
"It was amazing being on the other side of it," Ms O'Mahoney said. "We do it as a job every day but it's still so different from what you're expecting."
The three midwives have only gained more admiration for women who go through labour, Ms Viergever said.
"When we go back to work, we will definitely have a new appreciation for the women we work with," she said. "You can see all of the births in the world but nothing will ever compare to giving birth yourself."
While it's not every day that you have your work colleagues in the deliver room with you, Ms O'Mahoney said the experience was "amazing" rather than awkward.
"I felt like I had even more family in the room," she said. "Not many people can say they had their baby in their workplace. I was very fortunate."
"It was very special," Ms Viergever said. "It was like a community and we received such good care at Bendigo Health from our colleagues. I feel very lucky."
Ms O'Mahoney was due to give birth first but was nine days overdue, while Ms Carassiti gave birth almost on her due date and Ms Viergever was a week early.
"We knew that we were all going into labour but we didn't know who was first," Ms O'Mahoney said. "We had all messaged each other so we knew what was happening.
"At Bendigo Health, you have your midwife continuing with you throughout your pregnancy. We all had the same midwife but luckily she managed to get there for all of us."
The three women will spend the next few months enjoying time with their new bubs before heading back to work at the hospital.
"I really want to thank the staff at Bendigo Health and all of my colleagues," Ms Viergever said. "They really took such good care of us."
