Meanwhile, the Loddon Valley league won't be in a position to confirm its allocation of finals venues until after this weekend's final home and away round in which top, third and fifth spots are all still up for grabs.
And depending on weekend results, the league may be forced to delay its finals venues announcement until late next week pending the Maiden Gully YCW player points penalty appeal and its potential finals ramifications for Marong and Calivil United.
"The LVFNL board of management will endeavour to release any information regarding the finals to clubs as soon as possible," LVFNL chair Simon Tuohey said.
Under the rotating system, this year's grand final is scheduled to be hosted by Maiden Gully YCW, which would be for the first time at the club's Marist College home ground.
However, if the Eagles senior team is playing in the grand final on September 7, Calivil will be the host venue.
Depending on results, grounds in the mix for lead-up finals are Inglewood, Mitiamo, Calivil, Pyramid Hill, Marong and Serpentine.
The league plays all finals on neutral senior venues.
