THE Bendigo Spirit will be well acquainted with the Melbourne Boomers early in the upcoming WNBL season.
The Spirit's opening two games of their 2019-20 WNBL campaign will both be against the Boomers.
The Spirit tip their season off against Melbourne at the Bendigo Stadium on Saturday, October 12.
A week later the Spirit will travel to Melbourne to take on the Boomers again in their second match.
The Spirit's eighth game of the season on November 24 will also be another match against the Boomers.
All teams will again play each other three times in the regular season, with Canberra entering 2019-20 as the defending champions, while the former Dandenong Rangers are now known as the Southside Flyers.
