To show its commitment and understanding, Anglicare Victoria is working towards obtaining the Rainbow Tick Accreditation to be formally recognised for its commitment to the LGBTQI community.
Nominated in the Bendigo Business Excellence Awards in Diverse and Inclusive Workplace, regional director of St Luke's region Francis Lynch said everyone is welcome at Anglicare Victoria.
"We want all of the young people and families we work with, our staff and volunteers to feel safe, respected and included," Mr Francis said.
