Police believe driver distraction was the cause of the crash.
"Four people were in the car, three passengers. One was taken to hospital with injuries to her jaw," Leading Senior Constable Crowle said.
The driver of the car will receive a ticket for careless driving.
The road will be cleared shortly.

EMERGENCY services are responding to a crash in North Bendigo.
Police and paramedics were called to Fenton Street about 7.30pm.
A car is believed to have crashed into a tree.
The flow of traffic in the area between Anderson and Poulston streets is affected.
